Shipping

We use the US postal service (USPS) for our shipping. Currently we only ship within the continental US states. At check out, you will choose from various timing options and shipping costs. We try to ship orders out within a few business days, but please bear with us, as we have separate full-time jobs and kiddos that take up much of our time.

For our on-demand prints/products, the third-party company making the products from our art will package and ship to you directly once they make your selected product. You still always check out and securely pay, here, on our site.

Pick-ups:

For large items or high-priced shipping items we can arrange for local pick up at The Wellness Seed location in Amherst, NH or The Rustic Seed home location in Brookline. Please indicate this at check out when applicable. We can arrange pick up details via email.

Vendor purchases:

If you purchase a one-of-a-kind item directly from “The Wellness Seed” gallery/store shelves, that is listed for sale on our site, you can pay securely on our website by scanning the QR code with the item and indicate at checkout NO SHIPPING is necessary, because you have the item in hand. Easy-peasy!

*Please note: any direct purchase from our other store location, Union Coffee Co. has payments only at the checkout counter at the coffee shop. Not through our online store or Venmo.

All sales are final.

If there is an issue with your purchase or product please email us and we will do our best to resolve the issue, fix your product, or offer an exchange.
